Foreword: I encourage and support self development of any kind. I think it's vital to growth and both professional and personal success however I also support the value of having the option to choose your own path.
While there is currently a strong push for everyone to learn to code, I feel that it is equally important to highlight the many wonderful non dev positions also vital to the tech Eco-system. Learning to code? Fantastic! I am all for it (I'm learning too) but not everyone wishes to be a developer or even learn the ways of all mighty CODE. Perhaps this is just not your interest but you still love technology and want to be a part of it. I am here to tell you that this is okay (also here to tell you that you don't have to be great in math but please learn basic math). Not being a developer does not automatically disqualify you from working in Tech.

I have compiled this survey in order to create something wonderful showcasing the many pieces of Tech because it takes a village right? Code is wonderful (okay, sometimes it's not so wonderful) but where are the high fives for all the amazing system engineers, info sec guru's, network administrators, tech journalist, qa analysts, project managers and the list goes on and on. Don't you think we should highlight these positions as well? I do.

Help me create something wonderful by completing and asking others who work in Technology to complete The Tech Eco System survey. Thanks in advance and don't forget to Share, re-tweet, re-post etc.
PS. If any UI/UX guru's are interested in assisting with this by all means reach out. I only ask that you be based in New York City :)
